Blueberry Protein Shake
It's not always easy to get
enough protein in your diet when training and it's especially hard to
eat something healthy while on the go or at work.
That's where meal
replacement shakes come in really handy and here is a quick recipe for
my Blueberry shake, packed with good quality protein, healthy slow
release carbs and tons of anti-oxidents.
Ingredients: 400ml of skimmed
organic milk, Half a cup of frozen Blueberries, 2 scoops of My Protein's
instant Milk Protein.
Preparation: Blend the milk and protein powder together
first (this is very important as the berries will freeze the protein
powder if put in the milk at the same time) then add the berries and
blend until smooth. There you have it a delicious cool sweet and smooth
healthy protein shake with plenty of anti-oxidants and health carbs!
P.S If you are training for muscle gain
and would like some extra calories then just add half a cup of organic
oats.

you would like to use this as an after training shake then switch the
casein protein powder for Whey protein.
