Recipe of the week

No Carb Burgers

Ingredients:

  • 500g of extra lean minced Beef
  • Half a red onion
  • 1 lettuce
  • salt & pepper
  • 1 small pot of grated Parmesan
  • Mayonnaise

Directions:

Finely chop the red onion and mix with the mince, Parmesan and 2 teaspoons of black pepper and salt.

Divide into 6 equal burgers and add to a preheated frying pan,cooking until golden brown on both sides.

In the meantime wash the lettuce and remove 6 leaves intact. Remove the burgers from the pan and place1 burger into the middle of each lettuce leaf. Put a teaspoon of mayonnaise on top and the fold the lettuce leaf shut. Serves 2.
