City of London Personal Training - How long will it take YOU
City of London Personal Training - Lose weight or gain muscle fast!
Dear Friend

The first question I'm always asked in the gym "how long will it take me to lose X amount of weight?"

My answer... "It depends" it depends on a lot of things.... how often you train, genetics, your starting point, any previous diets you've tried, how dedicated you are and many many more things.

How often you train

Regardless whether you have a trainer or not you need to be in the gym at least 3 times a week preferably 4. so for example if you train twice with your trainer then you need to squeeze in another 2 days each week. But undoubtedly clients who come and see me 3 times a week see the quickest results. To find out more about training with City of London PT visit here:

Your starting point

Obviously somebody who is fitter to begin with and a quick learner can be pushed harder and therefore will see results quicker.

Any previous diets you have tried

For example if you have followed a starvation diet (cutting back calories to a minimum) god forbid, then you will have ground your metabolism to a halt and it will take a while to kick it back in, through proper training and nutrition advice.

Dedication

If you have made the decision to get this sorted whatever it takes & you do exactly what I tell you however painful it may seem in the begining.... then you my friend will be changing your body and your life in no time at all!

Well that's it for this week, I hope this gave you an insight into how this can work for you & if you have any questions do not hesitate to contact me

Happy training
