City of London Personal Training - How to keep weight off
City of London Personal Training - Lose weight or gain muscle fast!
Dear Friend

From speaking to people in the gym & with my clients it's not hard to realise that one of the biggest concerns that people have is how to keep the weight off once you've got where you want to be. How do you stop this.......

Turning back into this......

It's actually a lot easier than you may think.

First of all you need to keep hitting the gym but now that you're in great shape, you could get away with 2-3 visits a week.

But the most important thing is nutrition, it's your key to remaining in great shape.
But how do you do it?

Well..... most of you will know that I advocate a low carb/high protein diet to get rid of that excess fat,

"but carbs are everywhere we can't live without them forever!"

That's true & you don't have to live without them, you just have to be careful with your choices, you need to stick to carbs or amounts of certain carbs that wont spike your blood sugar causing you to store fat. Here are some examples:

Fruit: all berries (almost any amount)
avoid bananas like the plague!

Grains: 2 small slices of wholemeal bread, 50g of wholewheat pasta (dry weight)(if using spelt pasta 60g is ok)

Also remember you still get your one cheat day a week to have all your favourite foods.

So there you have it a small example of how to remain in great shape & if you feel that you want more comprehensive hands on advice like the many other clients that I have worked with to achieve their goals, then contact me here...

Happy Training!
