Don't
want to commit long term? Don't know how long you want to train for?
Have only short term goals? then this is the format for you. Train as
much or as little as you want without the big outlay upfront. Each 1
hour session costs £45 which you pay for on a weekly basis e.g. 2
sessions will cost you £90 per week, limited places available so
