The maximum fat the body can lose per week is 3 lbs any more than this this is muscle or water. If you are losing muscle then you are also losing that health great toned look, I mean who wants to look like an anorexic.

Another nice little side effect of losing the wrong kind of weight is what happens after in the long term with your metabolism.
