Billing Terms
ALL MONIES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE, sessions
must be paid for up front and if not used within 2 months of booking
are thereby invalid, whether you show up or not. Cancellations
require a minimum of 24 hours notice, if 24 hours notice is given the
session is not lost and that session will remain valid for the
remainder of the 2 moth period from the time of the original booking.
If any less than 24 hours notice is given then you will be charged
and that session is lost. Refunds are only given if our doesn't meet
the terms set out in our guarantee, if you do not turn up for 1 full
month, if you do not follow my nutrition advice and if you do not
perform any sessions required of you on your own then you void the
guarantee and you right to any refund.
BY ACCEPTING THIS AGREEMENT YOU WAIVE
AND HOLD HARMLESS COMPANY FROM ANY CLAIMS RESULTING FROM ANY ACTION
TAKEN BY COMPANY DURING OR AS A RESULT OF ITS INVESTIGATIONS AND/OR
FROM ANY ACTIONS TAKEN AS A CONSEQUENCE OF INVESTIGATIONS BY EITHER
[COMPANY] OR LAW ENFORCEMENT AUTHORITIES.
