Whenever you do Cardio perform
High Intensity Intervals Plodding away on the treadmill for 20
minutes at an average speed will get you nowhere. Intervals have been
shown to burn a greater percentage of fat whilst leaving your muscle
mass alone and they also put a lot less stress on your body. A basic
Interval session (after your warm up) would be: a 45 sec sprint (as fast
as you safely can) every 3 mins, during the 3 mins after the sprint you
will jog at a comfortable pace for recovery
Cut out the Carbohydrates!
It's by far the most effective diet for losing weight fast and what's
more it's good for you. We eat far to many these days and all the worst
kinds, potatoes, rice etc etc
Lift weights Don't spend all
your time doing cardio, weights are great for weight loss and so
neglected! weight sessions require more recovery so even when you leave
the gym you'll be burning calories and when I say lift weights I mean
REAL weights! body pump doesn't count!
Drink more water You'll be
healthier you'll perform better and what's more it helps suppress your
appetite.

Picolinate, CLA and 3 teaspoons of Cinnamon every day Most
