Another 20 minute Workout

Are you too busy with no time to go to the gym?  To be fit and healthy doesn’t mean you have to spend hours exercising.  You’ll be surprised how much you can achieve in as little as 20 minutes with just your own body weight.  To save valuable time, superset exercises i.e. perform exercises back to back without any rest.  Note: Supersets are best performed with exercises that use opposing muscle groups or totally different muscle groups, so you don’t pre-fatigue any muscles unnecessarily.
