How much do the workouts cost?

Do you help with my eating & nutrition?

Yes, I provide full on nutrition coaching and in fact believe that no other trainer in London will give you as comprehensive guidance in this area.

Do I need to get a membership to the gym?

No, no gym membership is required.

Why do I need a personal trainer?

Nothing else out there in health & fitness gets the results time and time again like personal training. That´s why celebrities get into the great shape that they do so quickly and how our athletes of today keep on surpassing their goals.

How long do the workouts last?

Workouts typically last for one hour, although half an hour sessions are sometimes available upon request.

Why don´t I just buy a exercise DVD and workout at home?

Most of my clients come to me after trying a few DVDs or fad diets. Maybe you´ll be the exception, if not just give me a call and I´ll get you into shape.

How many times per week do I need to train?

Ultimately it depends on your goals, but 2-3 times per week works best for most people.

Do I need to do any workouts on my own?

That depends on how many times per week you choose to see me and your goals. To get the absolute most out of your sessions I will not stretch you, so if you wish you can do that on your own after the workouts.
